SpinStacks is a free novelty website that displays AI-assisted business idea concepts ("Stacks") consisting of a generated product name, problem description, suggested tech stack, and outline plan. Stacks are produced offline by the operator using third-party large language models and curated by hand before publication. SpinStacks generates no content live on the server, the published Stacks are static at the time you view them.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SpinStacks. By accessing the Site, you affirmatively represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. The Site is intended exclusively for adults; minors are not permitted to access, use, register for, or submit any information through the Site.
The Site is not directed at, marketed to, or designed for children under 13 (per the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, "COPPA"), nor for users between 13 and 17. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that information was submitted by a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.
Parents and guardians: if you believe a minor in your care has accessed the Site, the appropriate remedies are to prevent further access and clear the browser's localStorage for this site to remove any age confirmation, spin count, or saved ideas. Because no personal information is collected, no record of the minor's access exists on any server.
The operator reserves the unconditional right to refuse service, terminate access, and delete any account or submission upon reasonable suspicion that a user is under 18, with or without notice and without liability.

Stack content is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools and curated by hand by the operator before publication. AI-generated content can contain factual errors, fabricated details, outdated information, biased outputs, or content that inadvertently resembles existing copyrighted or trademarked material. You must independently verify any information before relying on it.
EU AI Act Article 50 transparency. Per the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), the operator discloses that the substantive content of each Stack is artificially generated. This Site is presented in plain language as "AI-generated" throughout the user interface.
No overstatement of AI capabilities. The operator makes no claim that any AI system used in producing Stacks is autonomous, agentic, novel, proprietary, multimodal, or possesses any specific capability beyond ordinary text generation. Any descriptive language to the contrary on the Site or in marketing materials is unintentional and superseded by this disclaimer.
No Section 230 immunity claimed. Stacks displayed on this Site are curated and edited by the operator before publication. The operator is therefore the "information content provider" for the substantive content of each Stack within the meaning of 47 U.S.C. § 230(f)(3) and does not rely on Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act for liability protection regarding the AI-curated portion of any Stack. The operator's liability for that content is instead limited by the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth elsewhere in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of SpinStacks claims no ownership over the conceptual ideas displayed in any Stack as applied to your specific use. You may build, sell, modify, license, ignore, or otherwise use any Stack's idea for any lawful purpose, with no royalty, no attribution required, and no permission needed.
However: you are solely responsible for ensuring that your specific implementation does not infringe any third party's patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, or other rights. The fact that an idea appeared on SpinStacks does not mean it is original to SpinStacks or unencumbered by prior rights of others. Many ideas presented may already be implemented commercially.
You retain all rights to anything you actually build. SpinStacks claims no equity, royalty, or interest in your business.
The Site's design, code, branding, "SpinStacks" name and logo, and original written copy are owned by the operator. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Site itself. (Use of the underlying ideas displayed on the Site is permitted as described in Section 5.)

SpinStacks is provided free of charge. No payment, fee, subscription, or other monetary consideration is required from you for access to or use of the Site. Your use of the Site is therefore a gratuitous benefit. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.
Why $0: the Site is offered as a free novelty service with no exchange of value moving from you to the operator. There is no consideration, no contract for paid services, and no commercial relationship that would justify monetary exposure. The operator's sole undertaking is to make the Site available "as is" if and when it chooses to do so.
Carve-outs (only as required by non-waivable law). Some jurisdictions do not permit the complete exclusion of liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or personal injury caused by negligence. To the limited extent that any such non-waivable liability cannot be excluded, the operator's liability is reduced to the absolute minimum permitted by the applicable jurisdiction's law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Passaic County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
